Sliding shaft collar: Usually made of metal, plastic or composite materials, used to reduce friction and support the rotating shaft.

Linear shaft collar: used in linear motion systems, usually made of metal or plastic, to support and guide sliding elements.

Rubber shaft collar: used for shock absorption and vibration isolation, usually used in automobile suspension systems and other occasions where vibration transmission needs to be reduced.
